~~PUBLIC HEARING:
ZBA2016-5 Application for variance from section 4.05 building in front yard at 10 Fisher Hill Road (Map 24 Lot 31 Zone R80) Owner/Applicant: Michael S Findlay (Received July 14, 2016 Public Hearing July 14, 2016 decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
Michael Findley was present to speak about his application. He stated that he would like to build a house at 10 Fisher Hill Road. The property has a barn that was built in the 1800 that has been restored. The barn is located in the front of the proposed building site. He is asking for a variance from Regulation 4.05 building in front yard.
The Board Members review the map showing the location of the barn and the proposed house.
The location of the existing barn that was built in the 1800 before zoning regulation has created a hardship. Because of the location of the barn on the property the house will be in the front yard.
